Beginning Monday March 22nd, we are asking that all clients please remain in your vehicle. We are massively restricting inside access for everyone's safety (few exceptions).
Some of you have already seen our new curbside model take place this week. We are simply expanding that model.
This will mean our phone lines will be busier as we will be chatting with you about your pet's care using the phone more.
One of our dedicated team members will come get your pet using one of our slip lead leashes.
Please remove your pets collars, harnesses and leashes before your appointments. If your pet has cute grooming bows or accessories we will ask those also be removed.
We will bring your pet inside for their essential service and one of our veterinarians or licensed technicians or support staff will chat with you via phone.
We understand this is not ideal but it will allow us to care for your pets and keep everyone safe.
We are looking at providing telemedicine options for those cases that are possible. This option and cost is in development at this time and we will let you know when it is available and if it can be used for your pets care.
Please understand that we are not scheduling non essential services such as nail trim at this time. If your pet is already here for an essential appointment we are happy to add that on but walk-in grooming services will not be available for now.
With these changes please have patience as exams, check in and check out will take longer and our phones will be busier.
It is preferred that you pay by phone at the end of your appointment to reduce transmission of material through handling of cards and cash. Per our standard policy no checks are accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit, Scratchpay and cash only.
If you need to pick up a prescription or food item please call ahead to order and we can estimate a pick up time. Then call once you have arrived. Someone will collect payment and we will bring your prescription items to your car.
If you are not feeling well please reschedule or have another person bring your pet in.
As always we appreciate your choice to use our office and we are all in this together. We are working hard to do our part to help all of our clients, patients as well as our community.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Be safe and stay home whenever possible.
